Not To Be Confused With Portal MCP
Two different directions of data
Portal MCP connects your own AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, and the rest — to your own live inventory, so you can query it yourself. Listing Syndication runs the other way: it republishes your inventory out to third-party listing platforms your prospective clients already browse. You can use either on its own, or both together — they don't depend on each other.
Stop maintaining a spreadsheet for every platform
Listing platforms have traditionally kept operator inventory current by scraping websites or asking for a fresh export — brittle for them, and no attribution or control for you. Every format change becomes a support conversation, and every stale export is availability a prospective client can't actually book.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to publish a public Broker Portal to syndicate my listings?
No. Syndication is a separate, per-partner setting decoupled from your Broker Portal. You can keep your portal private, or disable it entirely, and still syndicate to any partner you've enabled.
Which listing platforms can I syndicate to?
We're onboarding leading listing platforms as partners. Every available partner appears on your Data Integrations page, where you enable them individually — partners still being onboarded show as "Coming soon" so you can see what's on the way before you can opt in.
How do I control which listings a partner receives?
Syndication reads only the spaces you've marked public. Leave a space unpublished and it's excluded from every partner's feed, exactly as it's excluded from your Broker Portal.
How often does a partner's feed refresh?
Feeds rebuild automatically on a regular schedule, so any partner you've enabled is always working from your current availability rather than a one-off export you sent them.
Can I stop syndicating to a partner?
Yes, anytime. Untick the partner on your Data Integrations page and syndication to them stops on their next pull — nothing else about your account changes.
