Frequently asked questions
How do I invite a broker to my Great Space team?
Go to Team Management and enter the broker's email address. They receive an invitation link by email. When they accept and create their account, they join your brokerage with the role you assigned. The invitation expires if not accepted within the set window.
What roles are available for team members in Great Space?
Great Space has four team roles: Member (can manage their own deals, contacts, and referrals), Manager (can see and manage the full team pipeline), Admin (full management access including team and billing settings), and Owner (the account holder with complete control). Roles can be changed at any time.
Can I control what individual team members can see?
Role-based access controls what each member sees. Members see their own pipeline; Managers and Admins see the full team view. Deal-level details remain private to the broker who owns the deal — managers see aggregate performance, not the contents of another broker's active negotiation.
How many team members can I add to Great Space?
Starter includes 2 team members and Professional 10. Enterprise is unlimited. Contact Great Space to discuss seat counts for a larger brokerage.
Can I remove a team member's access to Great Space?
Yes. Admins and Owners can revoke a team member's access at any time. The team member's existing contacts, deals, and deal history remain in the account and can be reassigned to another broker.

Yes. Team management — inviting additional brokers and managing roles — is available on every broker plan. Starter supports 2 team members, Professional 10, and Enterprise is unlimited.
