A form for your website, not a directory profile
What is the website lead form?
The lead form is an embeddable enquiry form you add to your own website — a listings page, your homepage, a dedicated contact page — with one line of HTML. It is a different channel from the Great Space broker directory: the directory brings occupiers to a profile they browse, while the lead form captures enquiries from visitors already on your site.
Every submission becomes a structured deal in your pipeline, with the client and contact created for you, so a new enquiry arrives ready to work rather than waiting to be typed up from an email.
How It Works
From a website visitor to a deal in your pipeline
Every step after the enquiry is handled for you, so a new lead arrives ready to work rather than waiting to be typed up.
Paste one line on your site
Copy your snippet from Settings and paste it wherever you want the form to appear. It flows with your page like any other element, not a floating box in a corner.
A visitor sends their requirement
Name, company, contact details, and a short message about what they need. Consent is built into the form, and a hidden honeypot field keeps bots out.
It opens as a live deal
Their company is created as a client, the enquirer as a contact, and a new deal opens at the Sourcing stage — tagged as a website enquiry.
The right person is notified
Route enquiries to a specific team member, or notify everyone on your account. Either way, a link straight to the deal lands in their inbox.
The Install
This is all it takes to add the lead form to your website:
data-org="your-org-id"></script>
Paste it wherever you want the form to appear — it flows with your page rather than floating over it. Your org ID is shown in Settings > Lead Form.
Customisation
Yours to brand.
Yours to route.
Set a heading and background from Settings, and decide whether to ask for a phone number. The heading and button pick up your account's brand colour and fonts automatically, so the form looks like part of your site rather than a third-party widget.

Where It Fits
A new source of deals, in the platform you already run

Common questions about the website lead form
What is the Great Space lead form?
An enquiry form you embed on your own website with one line of HTML. Anyone who submits it becomes a client, a contact, and a live deal in your Great Space pipeline — no retyping, no separate inbox to check.
How is this different from the broker directory?
The broker directory is a Great Space profile that occupiers browse to find a broker. The lead form is the opposite direction: it lives on your own website, wherever you already send traffic, and captures enquiries from people who found you rather than the directory.
Does it cost anything?
The lead form is included for broker accounts on Great Space — set it up from Settings and start embedding it right away.
Do I need a developer to install it?
No. Copy the one-line snippet from Settings > Lead Form and paste it into your website's HTML wherever you want the form to appear — a page builder's embed block works too.
Does the form store anything in the visitor's browser?
No. The form stores nothing — no cookies, no localStorage — so it stays clear of third-party storage restrictions and your own site's cookie-consent obligations.
Can I customise how it looks?
The heading, background, and whether to ask for a phone number are all yours to set from Settings. The form's accent colour and fonts pick up your account's brand automatically, so it looks like part of your site rather than a bolted-on widget.
What happens to a submission?
Great Space creates the company as a client, the enquirer as a contact, and opens a new deal at the Sourcing stage tagged as a website enquiry. You can route enquiries to a specific team member, or leave them unassigned so the whole team is notified.
