What stages does the Space Track Record pipeline track?
Seven stages: Sourcing, Shortlist, Viewing, Negotiation, Closing, Won, and Rejected. Each space's history shows how far it has progressed through these stages across every referral and deal it has been part of.
Does Space Track Record separate broker referrals from my own deals?
Yes. Every stage bar splits into a solid tone for inbound broker referrals and a lighter tone for deals you're running yourself, so you can tell how much of a space's activity is coming from the network versus your own pipeline.
Can brokers or the public see a space's Track Record data?
No. Track Record is provider-internal by design — these counts and win rates are never shown to brokers and never appear on public listings. They're visible only to your own team, inside your Portal.
