Do workspace providers have to pay to use Great Space?

Providers can always receive and respond to referrals for free. If a deal closes through the platform, the only cost is the standard broker commission — the same fee you would pay on any brokered transaction.

What counts as an "active requirement"?

An active requirement is any client workspace requirement that is currently open and being sourced. Once you close or archive a requirement, it no longer counts toward your limit.

Can I try the platform before committing to a paid plan?

Yes. The Starter plan is completely free — no credit card required. You get 3 active requirements with full access to our provider network, AI matching, presentations, and pipeline tracking. Upgrade when you are ready.

Do I need to train my team to use this?

Most brokers are up and running within fifteen minutes. The platform is designed to fit your existing workflow, not replace it. We also offer onboarding support for Growth and Enterprise plans.

What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?

Your data stays intact. If you downgrade, you lose access to premium features, but your requirements, responses, and client presentations remain available. Nothing is deleted.

Will CRM integrations work with my existing tools?

CRM integrations are coming soon on the Growth plan. We are building for the tools most commonly used in commercial real estate. If you have a specific need, get in touch — it helps us prioritise.

Is my client data secure?

Yes. All client requirements and workspace details are encrypted and protected. We comply with GDPR and UK data protection regulations. Enterprise customers get audit logging and additional security controls.

How is this different from using a CRM or email?

A CRM tracks your contacts. Great Space connects you to a live provider network and gives you purpose-built tools for workspace sourcing — AI matching, interactive client presentations, viewing coordination, and pipeline tracking. Most brokers use Great Space alongside their existing CRM.
