Who qualifies, and how we check.
The organisation holding the subscription must itself be a registered charity or a community interest company, and must operate or manage the workspace it lists.

Frequently asked questions
Is the charity discount available on monthly billing?
No. The discount is 90% off the standard monthly price, available on annual subscriptions only. Provider Basic costs £178.80 for the year instead of £1,788.
Do I get every feature of the plan?
Yes. A discounted plan includes exactly the same features, limits and support as the full-price plan.
Does the discount apply to Provider Enterprise?
No. The discount covers Provider Basic, Plus and Premium. If you need Enterprise features such as SSO or audit logging, contact us to discuss pricing.
We're a commercial operator with charity tenants. Do we qualify?
No. The discount is for organisations that are themselves registered charities or community interest companies.
What happens if our registration changes?
Your current annual term continues at the discounted price. If your organisation is no longer registered when the term renews, the plan renews at the standard price, and we'll tell you before that happens.
Is there a similar offer for brokers?
Not at the moment. This offer covers provider plans only. Brokers can start on the free Broker plan with no time limit.
